Getting Started Administering Raptor Continuity
- Log into raptor.pccc.com as your Raptor customer admin account.
- Go to Raptor FAST User Management and generate continuity credentials.
- Distribute the generated credentials to your users as well as the user quick start guide at raptor.cgim?template=continuity_user_guide
- Optionally install the Active Directory password hook to keep continuity credentials always in sync with the user's regular email account credentials.
