Continued Improvements to Raptor Remark Tags
In the last quarter and into the future, PCCC is committed to continued work on improving our Raptor Remark Tags in order to help better protect Raptor users.Beta test of Raptor Remarks Customization
We are presently rolling out a Beta test of the ability to customize Raptor Remarks, both for the Subject and Inline Remarks. We are currently rolling out support for French, Italian, German, and English. To be included in the Beta test, you must "Opt In" by emailing us at support@pccc.com.Our goal with this Beta test is to put more power into your hands about how you want the Raptor Remarks system to best alert your users. Be it in a specific language, with different text, etc.

Raptor Web UI: Added UTF-8 Support
In order to better support our customers we have added UTF-8 Support to our Web UI so as to be able to support a larger collection of characters including specialized characters for languages and Emojis so that when they are reviewing an email item in the Web UI, it will render properly.Raptor Web UI: Added Ability to search using From Header in the Raptor Email Deliverability Tool
Our Raptor Email Deliverability Tool which can be used to spot check an email to see if it was relayed through our servers, if it was marked as spam, or just as a sanity check.We were advised it would be valuable to be able to search for an email using the From Header in niche cases. Upon that input, we implemented that into the Raptor Email Deliverability Tool.

Raptor Customer Settings Page
There is a page in the Raptor Dashboard that you may not have utilized very often that allows the setting of different Raptor Customer settings. Such settings (as of 01/06/2026) are:- Default Language - Allows setting the Default Language for language based features such as Raptor Remarks Customization. (Currently in Beta)
- Fresh Raptor Remark Default - Allows you to set a default for when a NEW Raptor Remark is added.
- Required Hits - Allows you to set the threshold for when PCCC will mark an email as Spam
- Permitted Languages - A multi-selector list of languages that you EXPECT to see in your emails so other languages will help us categorize your email better.
- File Extensions Not Quarantined - A currently limited list of file extensions that won't cause emails containing them to be quarantined.

Tip of the Quarter
If you aren't using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), why not?
MFA might be annoying at times but it adds an all important extra layer of security. It really blocks close to 100% of hack attempts. Plus, this extra layer of security might not seem useful in situations where you are trying to get into your account quickly but rest assured, it's infinitely preferable to someone unauthorized gaining access to it.It’s 2026: If you aren't using MFA, why not? Make a New Year’s Commitment to implement it everywhere you can!
