Setting up Continuity IMAP

Raptor Continuity webmail can be accessed at Raptormail, or you may configure your current mail client to check your continuity account in addition to your main account. Instructions for Thunderbird and Outlook are below.

Thunderbird

  1. Go to File -> New -> Existing Email Account
  2. Enter in your email address and continuity password, then click Continue
  3. Click Manual config
  4. Change the incoming server to imap.pccc.com, port 8143
  5. Change the outgoing server to smtp.pccc.com, port 587, STARTTLS, authentication of normal password
  6. Change the username to your complete email address (ie, yourname@example.com)
  7. Click Re-test
  8. Click Advanced config
  9. Click Outgoing Server (SMTP)
  10. Select the row that lists your username as your full email address and click Edit
  11. Change Authentication Method to No authentication
  12. Click OK
  13. Click OK

Outlook

  1. Go to File -> Add Account
  2. Select Manually Configure and click Next
  3. Select Internet E-mail and click Next
  4. Enter your name and email address
  5. Select IMAP account type
  6. Enter incoming server of imap.pccc.com and outgoing server of smtp.pccc.com
  7. Enter a username of your full email address, and your continuity password
  8. Click More Settings, then Advanced
  9. Select incoming server TLS encryption and enter port number of 8143
  10. Select outgoing server TLS encryption and enter port number of 587
  11. Click OK, then Next
